Hey @roy s11 , wanted to drop an update that we did set up an automated check-in message and it works seamlessly 😁 So we are further evaluating it and should probably implement this change from this week on.

@roy s11 apologies for the delay. I did try the setup for "first response," but it didn't work as expected. It failed once again, not really sure what I am doing wrong.
I wanted to make minor tweaks and test it once again before reaching out to you for help.
