Hello Roy, 

 

I needed help with sending automated check-in messages to unresponsive conversations (similar to this). Would you please let me know how I can set this up with automate.io integration? A short video tutorial would be really helpful.

Hey @roy s11​ , wanted to drop an update that we did set up an automated check-in message and it works seamlessly 😁 So we are further evaluating it and should probably implement this change from this week on.

Looks like there's something wrong with action 2. Below I've attached a screenshot of the criteria, I've saved. Please let me know where I'm going wrong.

@roy s11​ apologies for the delay. I did try the setup for "first response," but it didn't work as expected. It failed once again, not really sure what I am doing wrong.

 

I wanted to make minor tweaks and test it once again before reaching out to you for help.
