We have a ticketing system we use at my company and I am looking for a way to Automatically send a conversation from intercom over to it and have a ticket created in that system. Is there anyone who has done something similar to this?

A lot of ticketing platforms have either native or third part integrations with Intercom - I'd recommend you take a look in our App Store.

 

If it's an in-house system, you'll likely need to integrate directly with our REST API. You'll find a guide to integration and our endpoints here.
