Is it possible to have the same whatsapp number on intercom and use in a mobile phone?

Hey @user2175, the number you would use on Intercom would be a number associated with a WhatsApp Business account.

@user2175 To add to @eric f11 's message - No, you cannot use the WhatsApp account on your mobile phone if you connect WhatsApp to Intercom. Once a WhatsApp number is registered on WhatsApp Business API (which is what's required to connect it to Intercom), it can no longer be used on the WhatsApp mobile app (neither the regular app nor the business app). You can use the Intercom mobile app to respond to WhatsApp conversations, though.
