I came across Intercom's official WordPress plugin, but I'm unsure if it automatically collects this information or if I need to include additional scripts or configurations to make it work seamlessly.

Has anyone successfully set up Intercom on their website and can share the best steps to achieve this? I’d appreciate any guidance or tips.
