How to stop user tracking?

Hi, is there is a way to stop user tracking while using intercom with a react web application?

Hi @zahra_mumtaz !

Your Users are tracked (or not tracked) based on the information that is sent over in your Intercom snippet. If you don’t want Intercom to track any User data you should install our JavaScript installation snippet for logged out Visitors. That doesn’t require you to pass any information about your Users over to us. They will all be seen as anonymous Visitors or Leads. You can read up on how to install the Visitor snippet here.

Hey @zahra_mumtaz 👋

Larissa here from Intercom Support.

Could you please clarify if there is a specific data you wanted to stop tracking or are you referring to all data?
