I’ve been trying to log in on the intercom business app. After entering my credentials, It says it will send a code but I never receive it in my mail. I’ve tried 5 times today. 

@Clarissa Felix I’d recommend trying again now, maybe there were some delays or problems with services at the time you were trying to login -- I know there was some sort of Intercom outage during the webinar yesterday where services were restored and maybe this was right at the time you were trying to login. 

If not, I’d recommend reaching out to chat support for this one, there’s not much we can do from the community aspect for this one without knowing more about your account, phone number, etc but if you launch a chat with the team hopefully it can get escalated to the right contact!
