There are events that are in segment and are not visible in intercom, I would like to know why.

There are a few reasons why Segment may fail to send an event over to Intercom. The Segment app isn't actually built by us, so you may need to go to the Segment team for full clarification as to why the events fail to send. I recommend that you check over Segment's documentation on connecting Segment to Intercom, particularly the step where you are calling the Track method in Segment. If you are still unable to see events coming through after configuring these steps, I recommend reaching out to the Segment team for clarification as to what's happening here.
