Is AnalyticsForIntercom down?

Question

I've been using AnalyticsForIntercom for months. Now they are down for several weeks. I only see 502 bad Gateway after a login attempt. Does anyone know what's going on? Can't even cancel my account there. And their customer support is not responding for days. Thanks
