I've been using AnalyticsForIntercom for months. Now they are down for several weeks. I only see 502 bad Gateway after a login attempt. Does anyone know what's going on? Can't even cancel my account there. And their customer support is not responding for days.

It sounds like we are looking at this third party company here, is that right? Definitely understand this isn't the answer you're looking for, but since this isn't built by Intercom I won't have much insight. 😔 You might have already given this a go but it seems they can be reached via email here: analyticsforintercom@gmail.com.
