If I get you correctly, you want to create a Zendesk ticket automatically before the conversation gets closed? is it correct?

 

In this case you can build the following Zapier Integration:

zapiertag 

Once you tag conversation in Intercom let's say: Zendesk, this will automatically create ticket in Zendesk.
