Is it possible to make an outbound phone call to a contact from the ‘view contact’ page? Seems an odd feature to be missing, as currently it seems you can only call a customer if they’ve first messaged you?

See the screen below - I feel there should be a ‘call’ button here somewhere?

The Outbound call option is intended as a way of calling customers who have reached out to you via the Intercom Messenger. The only way to make that call therefore is through one of their conversations in the Intercom Help Desk.

I’ll go ahead and flag this as feedback for the team though! They often take our customer’s unmet use cases into consideration when building our products out! Thanks for reaching out about that!
