I’m currently trying to integrate Paypal notifications (specifically Dispute chargebacks notifications) to be received in my Intercom inbox. There are ways to do this (through API or Webhooks in Zapier) but I was wondering if there’s another way or documentation to quickly set this up and start receiving these kind of notification in Intercom. Is it possible?

At present there aren’t any other out-of-the-box ways to set this up and start receiving notifications from Paypal in Intercom other than the 2 methods you mentioned already - via API or by using Webhooks in Zapier. That being said, would certainly be keen to hear if anyone from the community here has found any additional methods to do this!
