Hi all,

Wondering is anyone else has the issue where newsletter signups from Shopify come through with the field “Shopify verified email= true” despite not having actioned the double opt in email managed by Shopify.

I’m currently being bounced between both support teams. 

G’day @G'day 🤠 I can see you’ve reached out to the team regarding this issue before, from our logs I can see that this is how the data is being passed to Intercom from Shopify - with "shopify_verified_email" set as true. As Shopify is the method of how these users are being created, we are limited to any further action here.
