I have connected the Stripe app and for thousands of customers it shows them in Intercom as having an active subscription when in truth they have cancelled long ago.

I attach screenshots from what I am seeing in Intercom vs. Stripe. This happens for thousands of users.

 

Also, how can filter in Intercom for MRR > 0?

Hey @dimitris t​, just to confirm that the customer in both screenshots has the same email address in both Intercom and Stripe?


Just me checking in again @dimitris t​, did you get your issue resolved?


Hi @eric f11​ , thank you for responding. I found several issues that might affect this. For example, I noticed some users changed their email address to our app but that was not reflected to Intercom whereas Stripe might have been updated. I am going to have to dig deeper. I will close this topic to avoid confusing people and will get back to you once I have more data.

No need to apologise, @dimitris t​! It sounds like it's an issue with data syncing between Intercom and Stripe alright. I'm happy to close this thread for you.
