Does anyone know any companies that can / have scripted the migration of everything in Intercom US server to EU server for a seemless transition?

I did some digging around and wasn't able to find anything on my end mentioning any third parties that have been able to accomplish something like this, definitely interested if the community knows more! One thing to note is our team is currently working on a solution to help migrate workspaces. It won't be a fully automated process, and you will still need to recreate/reconfigure certain Intercom features, such as Series, Messages, Product Tours, Reports, etc.

Since we haven’t heard back on this, I assume we cannot expect this to be solved in the future either?

While there’s no official Intercom tool for migrating data between US and EU servers, some third-party services can help with this.

One option is Help Desk Migration—they’ve developed various custom solutions to support unique migration needs. While this exact US-to-EU Intercom server move isn’t a standard setup, it’s worth reaching out to their team. They may be able to build a tailored approach for your case as well
