Has anyone ever successfully integrated a Scribe (scribehow.com) into an Intercom knowledge article? I can use HTML but I’d rather it have the look and feel of an embed snippet.

Hey
There is currently no option to embed Scribe’s snippet into an Intercom article, as it is not supported. So this would be a feature request at the moment. I have just submitted this internally on my end, hopefully our team can consider adding a support for this in the future! It would also be a great idea to post this on our Product Wishlist page if you’d like.
At the moment, as you said, you can potentially use HTML as can send a certain HTML content by using our Article API like shown here.
