Hey @user772​!We have our own CSAT rating request which will be sent to your users when the conversation is closed.  Apart from that, there are so many different third-party apps that you can find in our app store. Some popular apps that I have seen are Survicate, Wootric and AskNicely.  Of course, the choice depends on your use case and need.  The best bet would be to check our app store.
