We have our own CSAT rating request which will be sent to your users when the conversation is closed. Apart from that, there are so many different third-party apps that you can find in our app store. Some popular apps that I have seen are Survicate, Wootric and AskNicely. Of course, the choice depends on your use case and need. The best bet would be to check our app store.

It is not convenient for us to send the rating request right after the conversation is closed.

The best option would be to trigger the rating via automations, so you can configure it the best way for your company. I would prefer to have it about 8 hours later, and also exclude a group of people (partners) who doesnt need to rate us.
