The user can see the article title, but when selected, the article screen goes blank. I have checked article and messenger settings to make sure everything is set up correctly. What am I missing?

Is it working for you, can you open the articles in the messenger?
The first things to try out would be, using a different browser, using a private/incognito window, disabling all browser extension,s and deleting browser cache and cookies.
I have tried a different browser, used an incognito window, disabled browser extensions, and deleted history/cookies. No luck. Still having the same issue.
@meghan j Then you should contact Intercom support to see if they can help. It's not a general problem, because it's working in our messenger.
