We looked at the article for target audience.
Tags are not used there and the logic does not seem to apply to us.
We can’t get access depending on the tags we have, like super users don’t have access to the articles we’re making available to them(we added their tag)

Could you please confirm whether you have already completed the steps required to be able to use audience rules on Articles?
To create audience targeting filters you must:

Have a custom domain and cookie forwarding set up.

Set up custom data attributes to target difference users.

Provide a login link specified in your Help Center settings under Privacy.
