Why hasn’t my email sent after I set it live 24 hours ago? Need to get this resolved ASAP.

We did have an issue with email sending for some customers on the 17th/18th April - could you try duplicating that email and sending it again? 

If this doesn’t change the behaviour, let me know 🔎
