How to reset 2FA for other teammate?

That's not possible per our security policy. There are two steps we need to complete in order to reset a 2FA:
- A teammate must verify the request by starting a conversation while logged into Intercom, letting us know they're verifying the 2FA reset request for <the blocked teammate email address>
- To verify the ownership of the blocked teammate's email address, we need them to email us at team@intercom.io with the subject line “2FA reset request” and included in the email: “My request will be verified by <teammate's email address>."
So basically, we'll need a pair of request (the blocked teammate emailing us) + verification (a logged-in teammate starting a conversation) in order to disable the 2FA.
