Importing hundreds of web pages into Help Center articles?

We want to import hundreds of .htm URLs into their own respective Help Center Articles.

I see it is possible to import help documentation articles with Zendesk, but is it possible to automate an import of hundreds of .htm URLs into their own respective articles as we are aiming to do? Just looking for some guidance on how to begin this process, rather than copying and pasting each article over to Intercom manually.

Thank you.

I'm not completely sure, but you might be able to do this with the API

Hi @Sriya

Here are a few options for importing hundreds of .htm URLs into Intercom Help Center, depending on your source:

  1. From Another Help Desk System: Use a third-party app to directly import your Knowledge Base into Intercom without manual input.
  2. Updating Internal Cross-Linking: Export your Knowledge Base from the source platform to Intercom and request customization to update cross-links between articles.
  3. From a Blog or Help Center on Your Site: Consider using automated data migration software that can develop a custom solution for importing your web pages into Intercom.

Best of luck with your data migration!
