Is it possible to create a collection without automatically publish it/leave it as a draft?

I would like to create a collection but as my team and I are working on it we need to adjust it as we go along. We would like to leave it unpublished or as a drat but I was unable to find how to do that. Tried to read through support articles but I couldn’t find a way to unpublish it. Is it possible?

Hey @Liam Simon 👋

Larissa here from Intercom Support.

I’m afraid it’s currently not possible to set a collection to "draft" status. If there aren’t live article on the collection, the collection will still appear but it will be blank.
I understand this is not the answer you were looking for and I’d be sure to log this as a feature request with our Product Team.

Hopefully this is something we can see implemented soon! 🤞

I hope this helps!

@Larissa Alberti  Any possible timing when we can have this feature, it would be really helpful for us to manage articles & collections without even tweaking the live helpcenter.
