At the moment, it isn't possible to open up an article within the Messenger from a link. You can view articles within the Messenger with the Articles inserter app, or if a user clicks an article either from your Messenger or through the articles search app, though you can't show a specific article within the Messenger from a link outside of the Messenger. You can achieve this for Tooltips however with smart links.
