I'm not 100% sure what you're asking here.
If you're asking if it's possible to show content based on a user's language, this is possible using display rules.
If you're asking if articles adapt to a user's language: They do, this is dependent on the user's device language.

Thanks for your reply. I would say option #1. The use case is when the user is searching for an article, we would display it based on the a user's language. So, I will check with display rules. Thanks
