Could you give us an example of what you're trying to view and where you are wanting to see it? There's a lot of ways and locations to be presented with an article.

There's not a lot of viewing options/settings for articles so it's most likely what you see currently. There is a Product wishlist group here in the forums that the Intercom team keep an eye on so you may want to post there if you can't get it working like you want
