Aside from the few videos I’ve watched, is there a how to manual to learn Intercom from basic to advanced?

@Hasheem Reddick Have you checked out the Intercom Academy? You should find a variety of resources to level up your Intercom knowledge there!

Hope this helps you on your journey with Intercom and of course the community here is a great way to learn as well.

@Nathan Sudds Hello and thanks for the reply! Yes I’ve been looking through the academy but while it was helpful I was looking for more of a step by step instructions guide, in written form with a complete overview of chapters and subjects to refer to. Videos are good for some things but I’d prefer something written and in a certain order of learning to build my understanding and knowledge like a manual which is usually more structured.
