Our user/agents first & last names are displayed for all customer interactions. Is there a way to change settings so that when customers interact with agents, they don't see "Joe Smith". Rather they just see "Joe" or "Mr. Smith"?

Each teammate can change their name in their profile here 👇🏼

1Just click 'Edit' and remove their last name or change their name and click 'Save' ✨

I/we don't seem to have a "Public Profile". I've gone through the various menus in my profile & settings, and don't see any settings for that (see attached). Is that something that has to be enabled by our account owner/superuser/admin?

I also do not have this public profile option. 


Hi @Siobhan H.  this feature is planned to be launched at some point so that users will be able to easily rename their profile names. In the meantime, we can do all the changes you need.

If you’re interested in hiding your surname, I just did it, if you’d like any other changes just let me know in this thread or private DM.
