Is there a way to replace pictures used in multiple articles centrally?

We use quite a few pictures and GIFs in our Help Center. A single picture is often used in multiple articles.

Since we release new features and adaptions regularly, we always have to go through all articles and replace the pictures used. The update process is becoming a real pain.

Is there any way to have a central registry for pictures/GIFs? We would love to replace pictures/GIFs used in multiple articles centrally!

Hello @jonas s12 ,

Afraid there no any workaround in this case, even if you copy image inside the article, Intercom uploads its on the server and changes the original URL.

It's a really good use case and you should request this feature in @Product Wishlist group.

I hope this will be helpful.

The official answer from intercom: "At the moment, it's not possible to have a central registry for pictures or GIFS I'm afraid, but I know this is something people are really keen to see as I've seen this come up before."

Has anyone found a decent workaround?

Thanks @roy s11. Intercom already picked it up, it seems. I'll revert to @Product Wishlist nontheless. Thanks!
