We have some cases where we have several people log in with one user login, and we find sharing the same help center all over again, as they cannot find it back anymore.

 

Is there an option to set an article as a favorite?

Unfortunately, there's no such option. We can just mention @Product Wishlist​ to get this notified for some future upgrade.

 

Can you elaborate more on the use-case - who logs in and what are they looking for? Isn't search for articles efficient enough in this case?

Maybe we can come up with some workaround...

 

@user76​ Is it the same (couple of) articles for all users? If so, you could also use the showcase app in the messenger

This would be great. A lot of our users are older and would like to favorite articles to come back to. We have hundreds that don't necessarily apply to them
