I'm trying to better understand the Error Codes provided in the SMS Failure CSV that can be downloaded at Reports > customer engagement. We've received some error codes of -1 that we want to better understand. Can someone provide color here?

Typically the "-1" in a CSV just means that an error exists, we would need to look a bit more into your workspace to find out what the specific error is. If you are still running into troubles with your SMS sending please write into us in support and we can take a look at your logs on our end to get to the bottom of it!
