It is best to check this by yourself. As I’ve wrote above - it depends of the permission you have on your seat. 
This is configured by the Workspace admin.

In my view, I can not click to Settings > Workspace > Teammates. It shows 403 access denied.  So that I don’t have permission to view my teammate emails?

I have check with owner, he said he set my account no roles.

Hi @bofaccount, It means that you don't have permission to access this Setting page. No roles means that you have no to little permissions on your workspace.
You can ask you administrator to grant you necessary permissions that you require. You can read more about them here
