I want my customers to be able to create a ticket without opening a conversation.

Currently it's only possible for end users to create tickets by engaging with the Messenger to create a conversation with a Custom Bot to create a ticket or speaks with an agent to create a ticket.

 

I can definitely flag this with our Product team as a feature request 🚀 Share any feedback on this with us and it can be passed along to the team for you.
