I created a few ticket attributes as test ones but I want to delete these now. How do I do that?

You can now 'archive' Ticket Attributes by clicking in and editing the attribute 👇🏼

@Shauna  Where can i find in intercom the place where can see the option that you have screenshoted above? 


Despite being archived, ticket attributes still appear to count toward the 250 total attribute limit.

There is no way to reuse attributes across ticket types.

Hence, this feature is completely useless if you need more than a few ticket types. This is especially true for Tracker tickets.
