We use DialPad for telephony. DialPad has told me that they require that in order to forward a number, it must be confirmed by calling and confirming with a response (like pressing 1). However, Switch simply texts, and does not call so I am unable to confirm email forwarding. Anyone have success yet?

An Intercom employee was able to help me. First, they had to change the phone number to my personal phone number. Then I created a forward. Then, they set the phone number back. This was a one-time process to be able to verify my account due to a limitation DialPad has. The limitation is that they only allow you to confirm a forward via text, not voice. Thanks for following up.
