Great question! Teammate includes any conversations an individual has participated in, even if they are no longer assigned to that conversation. 

Teammate Assigned only includes conversations that are still assigned to that teammate. 

For example, if a Teammate responded to a conversation and then assigned the conversation to a different team, it would be included in the metrics for the Teammate and the Team Participated, however, it would not be included for Teammate Assigned or Team Assigned. Hope this makes sense 🙌
