Is there any setting where customers will see the name of an agent, but internally within our organization, we will be able to see the original name?

This is not possible. I’ll let our product team know this is a feature you’re eager for!
 
I know it may seem self explanatory, but as it's great for the Product team to be able to see why introducing particular features is so important, I'd love to know a little more on your use case here.
 


Hey ​@FundedNext - I’m not sure if this is important for you still, but for the sake of some new community members or if anyone is looking for the same in the future - this should be possible soon. 

We will be able to set the “frontend name”, the name that will be visible to customers, while we keep original name for internal purposes. Stay tuned!
