Why can't I see my last 3 conversations in the Messenger anymore?

In our last version of the Messenger, up to three conversations could be shown in the "Recent Conversations" section, if there was any activity from a teammate or end-user in the last three days, sorted by the most recent conversation first.

In our newest Messenger version, only one conversation will be shown, if any activity from a teammate/end-user occurred within the conversation in the last three days - the most recently active conversation. The launcher and the Messages space will both display a badge with the current number of unread messages. Hope this helps 🙌
