If you are not including company_id when a user is being signed into Intercom (inside JS snippet or boot() method), product tours will not be able to use any company attributes that are inserted and instead will always use the fallback values. This will occur even if the user does have other active companies that they’re associated with which isn’t the case for chats and posts. Hope this helps 🙌
