Why is my Tooltip only pointing to the first element on the page that it matches?

If more than one element on a page matches the CSS Selector for a ToolTip, that ToolTip will only point to the first element on the page that matches it. So at the moment, you can't create one ToolTip and have it appear in multiple spots on the page. Good shout for a feature request over @Product Wishlist though!
