Can a user reassign their conversation?

Can customer reassign their ticket(s) to their colleague? For example, when they go on leave....

Are we talking about the user reassigning their conversation? If so, that is not possible, but a great one for the @Product Wishlist​ . You could always add the other co-worker to the conversation to bring them in!

Are we talking about the user reassigning their conversation? If so, that is not possible, but a great one for the @Product Wishlist​ . You could always add the other co-worker to the conversation to bring them in!
