Auto-close incomplete Workflows conversations/ with ticket

Hi! I’m new to Intercom and Workflows. I’m a French speaker, so apologies if some of the wording isn’t perfect. We use Intercom to communicate with professionals using our AI tool for healthcare.To improve efficiency, we created a Workflow that automatically generates tickets depending on the issue type. I looked into the “Auto-close incomplete Workflow conversations” option, but it doesn’t work in our case, since most of our Workflows end with a ticket.I also considered using the “When the customer doesn’t respond” trigger, but that doesn’t help either—because it’s the bot (not a human) interacting with the user.And most importantly: I don’t want conversations to close automatically when the Workflow ends, because our goal is to continue helping the client if they still need support. Fin suggested I try using tags inside the Workflow to trigger auto-close only in specific cases.So I was thinking: what if I add a tag like “not_finished” while the Workflow is still in progress, and then

Right now, we can only view basic reports in Intercom, but we want to analyze conversation trends, response times, and customer behavior alongside other data in BigQuery. Ideally, we need a way to: Regularly sync Intercom conversations, user attributes, and events into BigQuery. Structure the data properly so it’s easy to query. Avoid manual exports and keep everything automated. What’s the best approach to get this data into BigQuery?

Hey all, I operate a service-based firm looking to build out more of a saas-like platform to provide services to small businesses and individuals. Usually, we utilize client portals that have no form of client communication capabilities or have their own internal client chat method. However, email tends to be impossible to utilize as a whole, and portal chats tend to have their own limitations and lack of access and automation. Having the clean and on-site messenger for desktop and mobile seems to be a much better experience. Hello, my team and I have been trying to send OTPs through WhatsApp using Intercom, but we haven’t been successful. Since we are in Latin America, we’ve noticed that WhatsApp has a much higher adoption rate, making it a better channel for OTP delivery. Has anyone successfully implemented this? Intercom Newbie - some general questions!

Hi everyone! I’m new to Intercom and have some questions which might come across as extremely basic. I’m trying to send out a once off message to a select cohort, but Intercom continues to send this to people who match in the future. Is it possible to send this once only at that given time? I’m creating a series for new users who sign up. It has 7 touch points over 3 weeks. I want a user to exit the series when they make a purchase, and begin another series. The attribute is [is_customer: true]. Once this updates, I want them to exit the following engagements. Has anyone integrated Intercom with Slack? I want to be notified in my slack channel when someone starts a conversation. Is this possible? What is an underrated feature on Intercom? (Just out of curiosity!) Thank you in advance.

Hello Intercom community! For those of you working in the Inbox, you may have noticed that Intercom recently changed their font choice to a typewriter-like font looking like this: This new font also impacted the left side of the inbox where inbox numbers are mentioned. Unfortunately, the font they choose has a 0 with a . in the middle. Below is a screenshot showing the old 0 versus the new: When you’re zoomed out and looking at the page in full, those new 0’s look an awful lot like 8s, leading to our team having to double check inboxes, etc. Just curious to know if anyone else out there is not thrilled about this change and would like to see them revert back to the original font, which was much better/easier to read and causes less confusion.
