Is it possible to display Full Page URL in Recent Page Views

In Intercom, under “Recent Page Views” on a User page,all the pages say about page title but if you hover on the info, you see the full page url.Can we update this title to be more specific without hovering on the info?

QuickBooks Payroll Tax Table Not Updating : Help Needed

Hi everyone, I'm facing a critical issue with QuickBooks. Despite having an active internet connection and attempting manual updates, the payroll tax table isn't updating. RN iOS pod install error

Hi guys, I’m currently setting up on my react native project. And after going through the Android steps, I’m attempting to run `pos install` in my ios folder. (Since I’m running a React Native version of 0.70.5, the package should be linked automatically according to docs. However i keep getting this error, ~ which suggests that the package. Would appreciate some support on this.

Desperate for help getting phone system, SMS, email, and fax systems up and running at 100%....

Hello, please understand that I have a few big issues on hand here, so I will explain a couple items first, then you can reply, then I am normally prompt to reply back.  I am a small human rescue nonprofit.  My VOIP/fax/SMS provider went totally out of business 2 days ago; not one bit of notice.  Everyone tells me to go with Intercom all the way, but honestly, until today, I had never looked at a portal that has as many options as you.  Which is great, I am not complaining. Is there a kind person, community leader that would help me get these various service on board today, ASAP?  I cannot operate with no forms of communication available to my clients.  HIPAA compliancy is a huge thing and if my total communications package is doomed, then I have 48 hours to bring up an entirely new system - thanks to the many federal communications guidelines that are imposed on nonprofits like me.Let me explain also that I am hearing impaired, so I am allowed to post a public email so people on this

Why is it a nightmare to change your Intercom plan? I don't want to talk to the "Sales team".

Two weeks ago I wanted to segment my leads and add a Calendly integration, ok, I had to use the Support Pro plan for that, no problem. At that exact moment, I already wanted to upgrade. If there were a button to pay more and upgrade me I would happily do it immediately.But no, there wasn't a button to upgrade; there was a button to "TALK WITH SALES TEAM".How unbearable. I asked the woman to upgrade, but she wanted to make a sales call. Omg, NO! I don't want a sales call! I was already using the feature and just wanted to confirm my upgrade. "Please upgrade me, miss." My upgrade was not done.The worst happened. 2 weeks passed, the trial ended. The feature I was using stopped working and disrupted my processes. And the UPGRADE hasn't been done yet!I've been through two more salespeople, and still nothing. Seriously, what the hell is this?Everything could have been resolved with the push of a button! But no, they did it by assigning me to thousands of sellers—a nightmare. I started thinki

Can we use Google Tag Manager to incremental count in intercom

Hey ,I have a use case that I'm not sure intercom can fully satisfy.I have GTM and Google analytic ,where I am tracking a count who clicked on payment button . So far our requirement is full filled . Now we want same count need to store on intercom with , user name ,email and payment , payment count must increase if same user click on multiple time . our purpose of doing this will be show some banner / tour when payment count is 1.Would anyone be able to help ?

Hi,We are currently facing a significant issue related to time zone discrepancies that is affecting customer access to our contact center services.Our contact center is based in Melbourne, with operational hours set from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM local Melbourne time. However, due to the diverse time zones across Australia, customers from different regions, such as Perth, are encountering difficulties reaching us at suitable times. How to Track Visitor Pages and Use the Data in Intercom

Hello everyone,I'm wondering if there's a way to capture a visitor's current page as an attribute in Intercom. Specifically, I'd like to be able to track which pages a visitor has visited on our website, and use that information to personalize their messaging experience.I know that Intercom tracks pageviews by default, but I'm not sure if there's a way to capture the specific URL of the page a visitor is currently on. Ideally, I'd like to be able to use this information in custom data attributes or segments.Has anyone figured out a way to do this? I've tried looking through the Intercom API documentation and support articles, but haven't been able to find a clear answer.Any insights or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!🙏

WhatsApp Lead without Phone number

Hi,I connected my facebook business WhatsApp account with Intercom. The message is getting received in the intercom, and I can respond. But the user data for the incoming conversation creates a lead with no phone number in the data.  All I see in user data is the name of the person and a user-id field filled with Whatsapp------- some random mix of alphanumerics. Is it working as intended? Should it not fetch the number of the person who sent a message in the data? Also, if I try to start a Separate NEW conversation with this lead, I cannot do so, as I do not have the number.

Feature Request

I have a couple of feature requests. First one is a small one but a small UI change each of my teammates ran into. It would be nice to be in the Inbox and not have to be "stuck" in a chat, meaning you have to be viewing any active chats when in that window. There have been many times when me and my co-workers clicked the Close button on the chat thinking it would just close the window.Second, It would be nice to have an exact timestamp on the chat messages because anything over an hour just specifies the timestamp in hours or days which is not very helpful for reviewing chat times for certain purposes.

Why am I getting a "User Not Found" error when testing my mapping from Segment?

mapping:I'm trying to add intercom as a destination from Segment, to send data about users signing up.
