Hi @ishaan t11​ ,

You could use the Email feature for this if you want to. Using the HTML design mode gives enough design flexibility

To add to the above - Just make sure you send it as "one-off" instead of "ongoing" so you do not trigger it for any other (new) users that appear (and meet the rules)...
