Ever since the update of the Intercom Inbox, our Timer wasn't there. We are having some delays in receiving our inbound chats as well on our website.

Time Doctor 2 isn't an official Intercom app or supported directly by us. It would be a good idea to reach out directly to them here 👉🏼 https://www.timedoctor.com/.They'd be able to give you a better idea on when and if they are making changes to support the new update in Intercom.
