Are there plans to allow the mobile app to insert articles in the same message as my reply to the customer? Currently I have to send my first message to them explaining the issue and then send a separate message using the article inserter. It would be nice for the app to add it to my message as it does in the Inbox on the browser.

This would be neat!

The only way to send articles with text from the mobile app is to create Macros. You can send text with attached articles from the mobile device, however, it's not possible to change the text.
