Why isn't Qualifications a primary information block for contacts in the app?

Title pretty much covers it, but it would be convenient to have the Qualifications of a user available in the app. Right now it doesn't seem to be available at all in the app, and when it becomes available it should be at the top of a user record.

You can customize Inbox settings on your own, Which includes displaying qualification settings. Here small video instruction:

Hey @rolf​, you're right in that our Intercom Conversations app doesn't allow you to manually qualify users. I'd recommend submitting a feature request through our @Product Wishlist​ group, which I'll then include on my monthly product feedback report to our Product team.
