I have a scenario that to show the lists of features (history) which all are notified to users as a list items based on user click event. Would like to know is there any possibility to fetch all the posts messages and get the content.

To get data, you could access our Export Job Model in our Unstable API and export data for all Messages sent in a given timeframe. You'll need an API access token with the version set to Unstable in your Dev Hub to access this endpoint. This will not contain the content of the messages I'm afraid, but I'm happy to flag this as a feature request for the team to consider!
