Dynamically changing sender's email address on an automated message ?
An automated message was set up to send to the users after they onboard the programs. But the message is coming from an employee account who created those automated message templates. What I want to do is to dynamically changing the sender’s email address of the employees who is assigned to look after the particular user. Is there a way to adjust the setting in intercom so these automated messages look like they are coming from that designated employee who is actually assigned to the user's account?

Can an SMS series branch into distinct paths based on user replies?
We are hoping to build an SMS based series that takes into account user responses to determine the next message sent. It would be a minimally complex “choose your own adventure” series where user interaction via SMS response drives the chosen series path. Does anyone have any idea if this is possible? I’ve looked at the audience rules in a series but there doesn’t seem to be any rule based on an SMS reply. Thanks!
Turn off responses to marketing campaigns
Hello everyone, Our company uses Intercom to make marketing campaigns. When we send them in Post format we can disable the replies but when they are in Mail format it is not possible and we have several replies from customers. Does anyone know how we can block these responses? Thank you Paola

Is there a way to send a follow up email as a reply to a previous email in a series?Example:New lead enters the funnel > We send an email via Series > If no reply after 3 days > Send X email as reply to first email creating a thread > If no reply after 7 days > Send email as reply to the threadMost email automation services (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, etc.) offer this but I’m struggling to pull this off with Intercom.
Automate an intro welcome message to only go out when new employees sign on
Hi all! I am looking to send an automated outbound message every time a new team member signs on for the first time welcoming them to our company. Ideally, each time somebody with the tag “new nurse” signs on for the first time, this message would be sent to their inbox giving them a brief introduction and some best practices. I don’t want it to show up for anyone who currently has this tag, only new nurses that are starting in the future.Is there an easy or easier way to accomplish this? I was brainstorming and I suppose I could also create an alternate tag that only new employees get, and then manually remove it once the message goes out? In short, I want to automate an intro message that will only go out to new employees joining our company. Any help would be appreciated.
How can I send transactional emails to people even if they unsubscribed?
3 days before the free trial ends, we send users a payment warning telling them we'll charge their credit card. People who unsubscribe from our mkt emails don't get this warning. That's a big deal. How can we send emails even if users unsubscribed? The audience rule "Unsubscribed from Emails is true" gives 0 users :-| Thanks!
Use Intercom API to trigger SMS Template with Event Metadata variables?
Objective: Programmatically (API) send SMS through Intercom while passing in a payload of variables to inject into the SMS template. We can’t find a path forward to utilize event metadata to fill in SMS template variables inside of series. Our current path that led to a dead-end isCreate a series with an event trigger. We POST an event to effectively send an SMS Use event metadata to pass in sms template variable values The only event attributes that show up in the SMS template builder are <eventname> first, last and count. Not our custom event metadata we specified.
Error in method presentMessageComposer using React Native
When I run this method the Intercom screenis called normally and with the text I define.After opening the chat and sending the predefined message the bot goes into action with the messages to give us more context about the chat.After the second interaction, the chat returns with the same message as before.In theory, this behavior is wrong, it should only bring the text to the first interaction Attention to the input!
Why would my series work disappear?
I worked for hours on a new Series draft yesterday, built out all rules, emails, etc. and it was all saved. Came back to it this morning, it was fine. Now the majority of the elements are gone/missing. Emails (all but the first one) are missing, no rules. It's like it rolled back 24 hours. Help!
How do Guided Users work?
I’d love someone to explain to me like I’m 5, how Guided Users work. If I do a 5 step product tour, then that counts as 1 guided user if they go through all 5 steps right? Unable to resolve steps in checklist automatically. How do I make this happen?
I see two options: Product trigger or content/attribute/event rule. I’m unsure if both of these are necessary to resolve each step automatically. I want each step to resolve as soon as the user clicks the CTA button. Which settings do I need to update to make this happen?
