Best practice for setting up a bucket of random events

I'd like to set up a bucket of outbound messages that could be loosely described as "delightful". So no specific purpose, just a way of engaging with customers on a more emotive level... celebrating quirky milestones, anniversaries, holidays and so on.

In the old days I could have set up a folder of short outbound posts... .But now with Series I'm not really sure how any of this would work.

The messages are related from a management perspective but do not run in a series.

Seems odd to just have a bunch of outbound messages with no connection... at the moment i'm thinking i just have a common naming structure... like:

  • Delightful | message 1
  • Delightful | message 2
  • Delightful | message 3
  • etc

Does anyone have any good ideas?

PS. hate to be a hater... but this forum software solution is awful

Hello @user554 , We have one Series for such kind of messages. It looks like this:

Series-HolidayIt's easy to build, track, update (Let's say they are in one main folder =D).

I hope this will be helpful, 🎅 Happy new year have a great year ahead. 🎅
