Can I exclude one user from receiving the Intercom in-app Outbound posts, but not emails?

I have their email/user id, etc.

@igor p11​ I think the only option currently is to exclude them via the rules. So either something like "User id is not ..." or if you want to do that for multiple users, you can tag them (e.g. "InApp_unsubscribe") and use that tag to exclude them in the rules.
