Hi there,

Is it possible to link to the Intercom help center, but when the user lands, pop up the messenger?

The use case is that we want to try and pop up the messenger using a URL param or something similar, is that possible?​​

@Murat Mutlu I also wish there was a way to do this with just a url parameter that could be added -- might be a good feature request if it’s not already on the team’s radar.

Without that, the best option available at the moment should meet your needs -- you can setup a message and/or rule in Intercom that will trigger based on the url of the help center page or your own website as well.   

In that rule you should be able to define whatever you would like them to see by either creating a popup or chat message along with the specifics of the rule.
